Managing DirectorAnush has led strategy and operational consulting projects across a range of sectors. He began his career at Arthur D. Little, working on strategy projects, due diligence and global process and organisational redesign in Europe and Asia. He also worked in the internal strategy team at BT OneIT before co-founding JMAN Group in 2010.
Anush holds a BA in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
Co-Founder & CTOLeo has a Masters in Computer Science and has been working in the IT industry for over 20 years. His technology experience includes Product Development, Implementation, Consulting and Delivery for various software products in ERP, CRM and Performance Analytics. Prior to JMAN, Leo ran the Corporate Performance Management practice for Cognizant Technology Solutions. Leo is responsible for JMAN’s Technical division of 80 staff in Chennai.
Michael holds an MSci in Computer Science from St. Joseph's College.
Fraser SymSince joining JMAN in 2015, Fraser has supported various clients through data analytics and transformation projects across retail, IT, telecomms, transport and professional services sectors. He has experience managing our project teams to deliver data-led solutions which provide answers to real business problems. Fraser plays a key role in our growth strategy, building new business partnerships and embedding our company culture and values.
Fraser holds a BSc in Physics & Chemistry from Nottingham University and an MPhil in Business Management from Cambridge University.
Hannah MillsHannah has worked on a wide range of projects for clients in retail, private equity, technology and transport. She has skills and experience in large scale data analytics, product development and project management in complex transformation environments. Hannah plays a leading role in delivering the JMAN "People" strategy. She has built our comprehensive L&D programme and runs our talent and performance management to ensure we are always at the top of our game.
Hannah holds a BA in English Language and Literature from Cambridge University.
Jack ThorpeJack’s delivery expertise spans right across the range of JMAN offerings from data science-led commercial insights to managing the development of MI applications. His sector experience includes private equity, retail, transport and healthcare. Internally he has been at the forefront of shaping recruitment as we have grown from five employees to where we are today.
Jack holds a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Bristol.
Christian DavisChristian's experience spans across a range of JMAN offerings from data science-led insights to foundational MI and software development. The focus of his work has been delivering data-led use-cases for private equity backed SaaS & recurring revenue businesses. He also has a leading role in the use of alternative data on projects, data-as-an-asset initiatives and JMAN's internal sales & finance strategy.
Christian holds a BA in Economics and Geography from the University of Leeds.
Jessica BartonJess has a range of experience delivering complex projects across consulting and data analytics in the retail, finance, automotive, health and global IT services sectors. Her projects have led to a keen interest in BI tooling and data strategy, alongside strategic analytics and data-led transformation. Internally, Jess is involved in running central JMAN operations across people, business operations and compliance.
Jess holds a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Durham University.
Miraj ShahMiraj has worked on a wide range of projects at JMAN, particularly for our clients in retail, and other consumer-facing industries. He plays a leading role in developing our analytics and data science capabilities. He works closely with clients and our colleagues in the Chennai office to ensure we deploy cutting edge, advanced analytics techniques that solve commercial problems.
Miraj holds a BA (Hons) in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University.
Gerald JosephGerald has diverse experience in Organization Development and Change Management (ODCM) interventions by creating, executing and enabling business transformations using people practices. He has played a pivotal role in the strategic alignment of HR function with corporate business processes, focusing on distributed leadership to build a self-managed eco-system that is autonomous, collaborative and interdependent to integrate the digital and the human side of business.
Siva IlangoSiva has a range of experience across big data analytics and cloud technologies, and has particular interest in conceptualising and visualising data frameworks. His work has spanned data assessment, data modelling, streamlining data flows, quality, accessibility and security of big data projects with a multitude of clients. He leads the technology team providing expertise in data engineering projects and managing delivery.
Siva holds a Master’s in Computer Science from Anna University.
Freddie HampelSince joining JMAN, Freddie has built up broad project experience in advanced analytics, large-scale data and product development across retail, private equity and recruitment. She plays a leading role in driving our technical capabilities forwards at JMAN, and has delivered ambitious training programs to ensure we are constantly improving as a team. Freddie is also working to enhance our internal reporting and is leading development of our CSR strategy.
Freddie holds an MEng in Civil, Structural and Environmental Engineering from Cambridge University.
Edward BilcloughSince joining JMAN, Ed has worked with a range of B2B and B2C clients in private equity, transport, logistics, insurance, and IT, working across both traditional data analytics and data strategy projects. Over the past couple of years, Ed has also been heavily involved in driving JMAN's MI Apps solution, particularly for post-acquisition private equity clients. Internally, Ed runs the JMAN internship programme and is involved in a number of our people management initiatives.
Ed holds a BA in Land Economy from Cambridge University and a Masters in Management Studies from Cambridge Judge Business School.
Anna DeWolfAnna has worked on a number of projects heading up the analytical branch of engagements in the public sector, from working directly with a government department, to financial modelling for a large NHS trust. She has also worked across retail, real estate and global logistics, with experience ranging from customer behaviour analysis to operational dashboard design. Alongside client work, Anna co-leads JMAN's branding and marketing team.
Anna holds a MPhil in Medieval and Renaissance Literature from Cambridge University and a BA in English Language and Literature from Oxford University.
Michael BatstoneMichael has experience in delivering successful projects for a wide range of clients across a variety of sectors including e-commerce, private equity, healthcare, and transport amongst others. He has expertise in data analytics, data modelling, and data architecture, as well as significant experience in project management, particularly in the data transformation & advisory space. Michael has played a leading role in JMAN’s exploration of BI solutions, and has contributed to the development of our Contracts & Compliance processes. More recently, Michael has joined our new-and-improved JMAN “Sales” strategy team and continues to look for new ways for us to expand our horizons.
